Walking For Health

It high time that all of us wake up to alarming increase rates of heart attack and hypertension. To tell the truth many have realized it and have started following a regular exercise regimes. Some enroll in a gym or take up aerobics, but one thing that has to be closely followed it that there are a lot of drop outs, this may be due to change in their shifts timings or for the simple reason that they are not able put up with the routine work and they come back to the sedentary work style with out exercise. For such people walking is the best.
